"We are also very happy to say that our junior Pilgrims Sophia 9, Daisy 9 and Charlie 10 will be with us throughout what will be a busy and eventful year" "We have a few new adult Pilgrims on the way too" "The children add so much to the project and are practising some short historic parts to all our appearances"

Mayflower Descendant Betsy Samson-Andrews said..."One Small Candle winning the Plymouth Herald Community Award is so very well deserved! As a proud descendant of 11 Mayflower passengers I am so happy and excited they are keeping history alive for us and future generations. They are also reminding us of the very strong bond between our wonderful Countries. Congratulation One Small Candle and I can’t wait until 2020."
